a) Calculator Data
All calculations you perform on CalcSpot are processed entirely in your browser (client-side). We do not transmit, store, or log any values you enter into our calculators — such as your salary, loan amount, or personal health metrics. This data never leaves your device.
b) Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use CalcSpot. Google Analytics collects anonymised data including: pages visited, time spent on pages, approximate geographic location (country/city level), device type, and browser. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
c) Log Data
Our web server automatically collects standard log data including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the date/time of your visit. This is used for security monitoring and is retained for a maximum of 30 days.
3. Cookies
CalcSpot uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Google Analytics cookies — to understand how visitors use CalcSpot (pages visited, session duration, device type). These are anonymised and non-personal.
- Google AdSense cookies — CalcSpot displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. CalcSpot is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Since we do not store user calculation data on our servers, the risk of a data breach exposing your personal financial or health information is minimal. Our server logs are stored securely and purged regularly.

CalcSpot is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
