Select the concrete element type (slab, footing, column, beam, or circular column). Enter the dimensions (length, width/diameter, depth/height). Select the grade of concrete (M15, M20, M25, M30). The calculator shows the volume of wet concrete required, dry material quantities (cement in 50kg bags, sand in cubic feet, coarse aggregate in cubic feet), and estimated cost using current market rates.

Concrete mix ratios (cement:sand:aggregate): M15 = 1:2:4. M20 = 1:1.5:3. M25 = 1:1:2. M30 = 1:0.75:1.5. Dry volume of materials = wet volume × 1.54 (for shrinkage and compaction). Example: 10m × 5m × 0.15m slab in M20: Volume = 7.5 m³. Dry volume = 7.5 × 1.54 = 11.55 m³. Cement: 11.55 × (1/5.5) = 2.1 m³ = 60 bags of 50kg cement. Sand: 11.55 × (1.5/5.5) = 3.15 m³. Aggregate: 11.55 × (3/5.5) = 6.3 m³. Indian cement prices: OPC 53 grade ~₹350–420 per 50kg bag (2024). M20 is the most common grade for residential construction.
