📋 How to Use This Calculator
Enter the built-up area (in sq ft), number of floors, construction type (load-bearing masonry or framed RCC), finishing level (basic, standard, or premium), and city tier (metro, tier-2, or tier-3 city). The calculator produces a complete material cost breakdown table and a total material budget. Labour costs are shown separately, as they are 35–50% of total construction cost.
